All you need is to Sign up for the Windows Insider Program which will take a minute or less and then a 4GB flash disk or a DVD. First make sure your machine has 1GHz processor, 1GB of RAM and at least 16GB of free hard disk space before test drive Microsoft’s latest operating system.
Note that whenever you are trying out an early builds like this, it can be risky for you machine and data. Hence Microsoft recommends that you don’t install the preview on your primary home or business PC because you might get unexpected PC crashes that could damage or even delete your files.
