band 7 pro

Being the latest model of the Xiaomi band series, you can argue that there’s not much difference between this and the series 7. Especially since it has almost the same screen size and workout modes. However, the 1.64-inch AMOLED makes it a bit bigger giving you more screen-to-body ratio. It comes with a lightweight design and a GLONASS to help you navigate better. Since the biggest difference is the inbuilt navigation, you automatically get extra battery life as you don’t need to rely on your phone’s location.

This device has over 110 fitness modes to help you track your calories, heart changes, and workout durations. It tracks your real-time heart rate and delivers detailed results via the Mi app. Once you fall out of the safe zone, you get vibrations that alert you to take the necessary steps. We love that it also immediately detects your workout, especially if it’s outdoor running or walking. Since it’s water resistant for about 50 meters and rated 5 ATM, it can go with you during a shower, or while you’re at the beach.
