WorldRemit money transfer service adds more cash pickup locations in Uganda

worldremit mobile app

WorldRemit is one of the great money transfer services for those wanting to send money from countries like U.S, Canada, China, U.K, India and money other destinations back to Uganda.

WorldRemit recently made a partnership with MTN so that users in the diaspora can directly send money to family and friends’ mobile phones. I have tried using that method, but there are still some bugs in the system. So maybe you want to stick to the tried and tested method of picking up your money from select pickup points.

Previously money transfer recipients picked their money from Shumuk Forex Bureau or Supergate Forex Bureau in Kampala. But now WorldRemit has added the following pickup locations where you can get your money sent from family and friends in the diaspora.

Recipients can now collect their money instantly from any of the four UAE Exchange branches.
