Roke Telkom introduces Rokespot Vouchers to simplify access to their Wi-Fi in Kampala

Roke Telkom has introduced Rokespot Vouchers to help users access their Wi-Fi much more easily than before. The Vouchers come in denominations of Ugx 1,000, 5,000 and 18,000. Before the vouchers, users were paying for the WiFi using MTN Mobile Money.

It is not clear where people can purchase these vouchers or how they work but we shall update this post when we find out.

Roke Telkom in partnership with Google Project Link recently launched Wi-Fi hotspots in parts Kampala or Rokespots as they prefer to call them. The Rokespots were to enable users access high speed internet affordably on the go. Roke Telkom currently boasts of a network of  120 sites in the busiest parts of the city like Seroma, Shoppers Stop Plaza, Ben Kiwanuka street, and the Old Taxi Park with plans to expand in this year.
