Africell Uganda recently joined other networks when they unveiled their new Ofwono Tooti bundle. The voice bundle gives you 30 Africell – Africell minutes valid for 1 hour. This is a popular bundle among Ugandan telecoms since it gives customers more minutes affordably should they need to make a lengthy call.
Both Airtel and MTN already had the Tooti bundle making Africell the 3rd entrant to offer the bundle to it’s customers. Africell previously had their famous “Tokota” bundle that gave clients 15 minutes for Ugx 500 and 24hrs of calls for Ugx 1000.

There’s isn’t much difference between the 3 bundles except for one key difference. All 3 telecoms charge Ugx 500 shillings for 30 minutes of On-Net calls valid for 30 minutes from the time of purchase except Africell which has extended the validity of the bundle from 30 minutes to 60 minutes.
