DStv Uganda conducted their first official tweetchat today hosted by their Marketing Manager Phoebe Nakabazi. The over 4 hour tweetchat under the hashtag #Talk2DStv saw DStv and GOtv customers take all their bottled up frustrations and complaints to twitter.
Most of the tweets were about why DStv doesnt have a customer care toll free number. Other tweets were about affordable subscription and many features that customers wanted like Pay Per View TV, having access to Free To Air (FTA) channels among others.
We took our time to curate/storify a couple of questions that customers put to DStv in the tweet chat.
