Google I/O 2019: Tecno Spark 3 Pro among the first devices to get Android 10 Q Beta today

Tecno as a brand has come a long way. Since 2010, it has identified, acknowledged and promoted African and global brands that are catalysts for Africa’s growth, reputation and value. Even being listed among the most admired Brands in Africa.

Today, Tecno just went global, going head to head with the big boys. At the annual Google I/O 2019 developer conference, Google announced that the Tecno Spark 3 Pro is among the first bunch of phones to get Android Q Beta.

The list includes 20+ other devices from more ‘mainstream’ OEMs from the Pixels to the Essential Phone, Nokia and a couple others. The fact that Tecno is able to hang with the big dogs says a lot about where the company is heading and the kind of recognition and respect it is commanding globally.

Other smartphones that you can use to get the Android Q beta release include the Google Pixel, Pixel XL, Pixel 2, Pixel 2 XL, Pixel 3, Pixel 3 XL, Vivo X27, Vivo NEX S, Vivo NEX A, Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 5G, Xiaomi Mi 9, Asus Zenfone 5z, Essential PH-1, Nokia 8.1, Huawei Mate 20 Pro, LG G8, One Plus 6T, Oppo Reno, Sony Xperia XZ3 and Realme 3 Pro.
