Global logistics giant DHL has added 9 more countries to its list of countries that are eligible to shopping and receiving items from 200+ online stores in the US and UK via its eShop platform. These countries include Cameroon,Congo DRC, Gabon, The Gambia, Ivory Coast, Madagascar, Mozambique, Tanzania, and Zambia.

DHL is restricting shipments to less than 1Kg in weight and the maximum dimensions of only 30x30x30 centimeters are allowed. If the item is heavier than 1kg, the item may be refunded back to your payment method. Also some stores are not supported for some countries while others are.

Items on an average take 3-5 days for delivery once shipped using DHL Express while normal shipping takes between 5-14 days. DHL currently ships packages to your residence or place of work. Once an order has been made, no changes or cancellations are allowed .They currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Paypal as payment methods.

We have also found it incredibly hard to use the DHL eShop platform so far. Users can shop from DHL Africa eShop website and using apps available both the iOS App store and Google Play Store  and chrome extension.
