But in 2025, with digital fraud and identity theft on the rise, it’s more important than ever to check which phone numbers are registered under your ID number in Kenya. It’s quick, free, and could save you a lot of trouble down the line.

How to Check Registered Numbers on Safaricom (2025)

  1. Dial *106# on your Safaricom line.
  2. Select “Check my numbers.”
  3. You’ll see a list of all phone numbers registered to your ID.
  4. If you spot any numbers you don’t recognize, follow the prompts to report them immediately.

How to Check Registered Numbers on Airtel Kenya (2025)

  1. Dial *106# on your Airtel line.
  2. Choose your ID type (National ID, Passport, etc.).
  3. Enter your ID details.
  4. Wait for an SMS listing all Airtel numbers linked to your ID.

If you see any suspicious numbers, contact Airtel customer care or visit an Airtel shop to resolve it.
