As we predicted, the Samsung Galaxy S23 series is the first major flagship smartphone we will see in 2023. Samsung’s first unpacked event of the year has come and gone and as expected, the smartphone giant unveiled the much anticipated Galaxy S23 series. The new Galaxy series didn’t come with many updates compared to its predecessor, the Galaxy S22 series (released a few months ago). All you’ll get are the usual upgrades in areas like camera quality, battery capacity, processor, a new Android OS, etc.
Furthermore – just like its predecessor – the Galaxy S23 smartphone series will be available in three variants; the Samsung Galaxy S23, the Samsung Galaxy S23 Plus, and the premium Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra.

When you buy any of the Galaxy S23 smartphones, the first thing you will notice is the design change. First, the camera bumps have been scrapped. Instead, what you’ll get is stand-alone camera lenses – similar to what we saw on the Galaxy S22 Ultra months ago. Asides from that, you will get the latest snapdragon, the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, as well as the latest One UI 5.0 from Samsung.
