After all the fool’s day pranks, the good news on 1st April came from MTN Uganda. The giant telecom announced that MTN customers will be able to call customers across all networks in Uganda using one rate.
The new rate is effective 1 April 2019 and applies to all local networks. This means that MTN customers will be able to call customers from Airtel Uganda, Africell Uganda and MTN Uganda at the same rate.

However, these changes do not apply for postpaid customers or when using voice bundles (My Pakapaka, Go-Bundle and Paka Paka).
