With the festive season just around the corner, MTN Uganda has today launched innovative and competitive daily voice bundles that have been custom designed to fit the budgets and communication needs of MTN customers at an individual level. With the new package – dubbed MyPakaPaka – MTN is using each customer’s usage behavior and average spend to create three 24-hour bundles, completely unique to each customer.
MyPakaPaka bundles cost from as low as Ush. 250 up to Ush. 3,000 for durations varying from 5 minutes to as many as 100 minutes and can be used to make calls to any other customer on the MTN network. The validity of the offer is 24 hours for every bundle. The package is an enhancement to the existing PakaPaka bundle, offering more value and suited to each customer’s budget and communication needs.

What is important to note about these bundles is that they have been specifically designed to suit each and every customer’s communication needs as a well as their budget, as each customer’s needs are different and unique. To activate and buy MyPakaPaka, the MTN customer is required to dial *160*1# and select their preferred bundle. The service is available to both prepaid and postpaid customers on the MTN Uganda network. A similar service is already offered on Smart Telecom.
