In the last couple of months, we have seen smartphone brands unveil new iterations to different smartphone series. Tecno unveiled the Camon 17 series, the latest addition to the Camon family, Infinix also introduced the latest addition to its NOTE series – the Infinix NOTE 10.
Both devices carry a couple of similar features and specifications that might make it difficult to decide which to go with. so, in this article, we will be talking about their similarities and what sets them apart.

Price
Before we compare these smartphones, let’s first talk about the price. You can get the Camon 17 for $192, and the Infinix Note 10 goes for $207 for the 4GB/128GB variant, while the 6GB/128GB variant goes $227. The price difference for these smartphones is around $16. You should keep that in mind as we go on.
Display
For the display, the Infinix Note 10 comes with a larger display; a 6.95-inch FULL HD+ IPS LCD panel with a 60Hz refresh rate and a 1080 X 2460 pixel resolution, while the Tecno Camon 17 on the other hand, comes with a smaller 6.6 inches HD+ IPS LCD with a 90Hz refresh rate and a 720 x 1600 pixel resolution.
For the display, what separates these devices are the resolution and the display size. Images on the Infinix Note 10 will definitely appear better and more appealing. However, the Camon 17 comes with a higher refresh rate (90Hz) which should make scrolling feel smoother.
Camera Setup
Although smartphones in the Camon series are known for their Steller camera performances, The Infinix Note 10 edged the Camon 17 in the camera department as well.
They both come with a 48-megapixel rear camera set up. The selfie camera section is where the Note 10 stands out. It features a 16-megapixel selfie lens, compared to the Camon 17’s 8-megapixel lens.
Verdict
Both devices offer good value for money, and even though the Infinix Note 10, on paper, looks like the most capable, the Camon 17 will also do a good job in major areas; gaming, multitasking, and photography. You might want to save that extra $16 and good for the Camon 17.
