Uganda Communications Commission (UCC) has revoked licenses of 27 communication and broadcast service providers. This mainly includes FM radio stations and Bus services.
The Commission, hereby, informs the general public that the licences for the following operators have been revoked in accordance with section 41 of the Uganda Communications Act, 2013. Accordingly, the aforementioned postal operators are no longer authorised to provide any services in Uganda in accordance with Section 33 of the Act.

UCC was established to monitor, inspect, license and regulate the provision of communication services in Uganda. Therefore, the operators listed, herein, are therefore advised to immediately desist from carrying out any communications services in Uganda without authorisation from the Commission. The public is also advised not to engage these operators, whoever does so shall be at their own peril.
