Infinix Mobility continues to produce great smartphones at affordable price points. Among the many series the company has is the Infinix Hot line designed to mean smartphone needs of the average user. The Infinix Hot 9 is the latest iteration of this product line released in March of this year.
The Infinix Hot 9 spots 6.6″ IPS LCD capacitive display with 266 ppi.
The device is powered by Octa-core MediaTek Helio A25 processor. It comes with various storage/memory configurations including 32GB/2GB RAM, 32GB/3GB RAM, 64GB/3GB RAM, 64GB 4GB RAM, 128GB/4GB RAM. When comes to the optics, you have a 13MP rear camera and 8MP front-facing selfie cam.
Connectivity options are also upto date with WiFi 6 and Bluetooth 5.0 supported. But you have a Micro USB port which is kind of like yesterday. To crown it all, the smartphone comes with a whopping 5,000mAh battery which will give you an all-day’s battery. It runs the latest Android version 10 or Infinix’s custom Android ROM XOS 6.0

Compared to the previous Infinix Hot 8, there is really not much of a difference. In fact we find no need of upgrade since the specs are almost similar.
Price and where to buy
The Infinix Hot 9 (64+3GB RAM) is priced at Ugx 555,000 while the HOT 9 (32+2GB RAM) is going for Ugx 528,000. Now since shops are locked down due to the Corona Virus, you have to order online. You can either try Jumia or simply head to Infinix Mobile Facebook page and Inbox them your contacts and location. They will deliver to your residence.
