Huawei smartphones at Africell Uganda – price list
Africell sells a couple of Huawei devices. Unfortunately for Huawei, most of their entry level devices are quite pricy for their low specs. The Y220 for instance has 256MB of RAM and cannot allow any app installation without an SD card. In 2016, 256MB RAM is too low for a spec.
Interestingly, they also have the most affordable high end and flagship devices with the Huawei Ascend P8 and P8 Lite going for about Ugx 1,600,000 and 900,000 respectively.

Africell also sells most of the Tecno devices and one of the advantages of buying a Tecno device from Africell is that it comes with free data.
Tecno Smartphones are fast becoming popular for their good specs, affordable price tag and functional local 13 month Carlcare Warranty. They regularly release new smartphones mostly entry level and midrange which do quite well.
