OPPO has released its latest smartphone under the “A” series – the OPPO A31 – for the Nigerian market. This device is built with a big LCD screen, a long-lasting battery, big RAM/ROM, a top-notch camera, and a responsive fingerprint unlock sensor.

The OPPO A31 has a 6.5 inches IPS LCD display. The device measures 163.9 mm x 75.5 mm x 8.3 mm in dimension and weighs 180 grams. It has a screen resolution of 720 x 1600 pixels, an aspect ratio of 20:9 and a screen-to-body ratio of 82.43 %.
On the rear, this smartphone has three (3) cameras (12MP + 2MP + 2MP) mounted on a straight vertical line. As it is for other OPPO smartphones, the rear camera is located at the top-left corner of the smartphone. The rear camera comes with a Face detection feature, an Auto Flash, Digital Zoom, Touch to focus, etc.
For the front camera, you get an 8 MP f/2.0 primary camera. There’s a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor, and it comes in two colors: Mystery Black, Lake Green.
The OPPO A31 comes in two variants. One with a 4GB RAM/64GB internal storage space, and the other with a 4GB/128GB internal storage. For both devices, the internal storage space is expandable to 256GB using a micro SD card.
The device runs on ColorOS 6.1.2, based on Android 9, and features the MediaTek Helio P35 Chipset.
It is backed by a 4230mAh battery which is decent even if you’re a heavy smartphone user.
