TECNO Mobile has just launched its latest smartphone series, the Camon 20, in Uganda. The series consists of three models: the TECNO Camon 20, Camon 20 Pro 5G, and Camon 20 Premier 5G offering a range of impressive features and advancements.
The launch was in partnership with MTN Uganda and customers will get free 3GB every month for the first 3 months when they buy the Camon 20 phone series. Specifications
The TECNO Camon 20 series is powered by MediaTek Helio G85 processor for the base Camon 20 model and Dimensity 8050 Chip for the Pro and Premier model, which offer a smooth and responsive user experience. The series also features a variety of cameras, including a 64MP main camera, and a 2MP depth sensor for the base and pro version. The Camon 20 Premier also features a 108MP ultra-wide camera with a 50MP main camera.
The Camon 20 series comes with a variety of storage options, including 128GB and 256GB of internal storage. The Camon 20 Premier comes with 512GB of internal storage. All the lineup is powered by a large 5000mAh battery. This ensures that you can use your smartphone all day long without having to worry about running out of power.

Tecno Camon 20 Price and Availability
These devices are now available in all TECNO branded shops countrywide.
In Uganda, the recommended retail price of the TECNO Camon 20, the Camon 20 Pro 5G, and the Camon 20 Premier 5G is, UGX810.000, UGX962.000, and UGX1.800.000 respectively.
The TECNO Camon 20 price in Kenya is Ksh26.500, while the TECNO Camon 20 Pro price in Kenya is Ksh29.500.
In Nigeria, The TECNO Camon 20 is priced at N133,300, the Camon 20 Pro 5G is priced at N199,900, and the Camon 20 Premier 5G is priced at N295,500.
On using the phone during the launch, these are some of the highlights of the top features I enjoyed using.
- TECNO has recently introduced their latest innovation called Magic Skin for the rear panels of the Camon 20 series. The back design is unique and feels premium on the hands.
- The phone has a fantastic 108MP Ultra Definition camera that captures stunning wide-angle shots for both photography and video shooting. I got to try out the anti-shake video and crystal-clear night portrait camera features, and I must say, the night cameras were absolutely stunning. I’ll share more about my experience in the full review.
- I enjoyed the narrower bottom bezel, as it offers users a borderless full-screen view that feels immersive. The 6.67″ AMOLED screen delivers exceptional image quality.
