Oppo continues to bolster its position in the rather cut-throat smartphone market in Kenya with more and more releases of devices aimed at addressing the unique needs of the market today. In line with the charm offensive, today Oppo Kenya is adding another entry into its portfolio.
The Oppo Reno10 is the new mid-range smartphone that was launched in China in May 2023 and later released internationally. The device line is now available in Kenya and it comes in three models: vanilla, Pro, and Pro+.

The Reno 10 5G has a 6.70″ AMOLED display with a resolution of 1080×2412 pixels and a 20.1:9 aspect ratio. It is powered by the Mediatek MT6877V Dimensity 7050 chipset and runs on Android 13 with ColorOS 13.1.
The device has a triple rear camera setup with a 64 MP wide (main) lens, a 32 MP telephoto lens, and an 8 MP ultra-wide-angle lens. The front camera is 32 MP. The phone has a fingerprint reader under the display, optical stereo speakers, and an infrared port .
It supports Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.3, NFC, and dual SIMs. The phone is available in two memory configurations: 128GB/8GB RAM and 256GB/8GB RAM. It has a battery capacity of 5000mAh that supports 67W wired charging and PD3 reverse wired charging.
Pricing and Availability
The Oppo Reno 10 is priced Ksh 56,999 and Reno10 Pro goes for Ksh 69,999 in Kenya and is available for pre-order from September 6 to September 15. Customers who pre-order the Oppo Reno 10 will get complementary goodies from the brand. The Oppo Reno 10 will go on sale from September 16 through authorized dealers and online platforms.
