MTN Uganda rolls out SIM Swap service across the country. Here is your region’s service point.

Did you need a SIM swap but could not make the trip from wherever you are to Kampala City for the process to be accomplished? Well, Things have got better for you. As part of MTN’s customer retention strategy, MTN recently enhanced the SIM swap service and rolled it out across the entire country to enable most of their Dealer Touch points to act as one stop centers for this particular service.

MTN is disseminating this program all over the country in regions of Kampala Central, Greater Central, East, North, South West, and West.

In case of any queries on SIM swap therefore, MTN customers are referred to any of the following MTN touch points nearest to them by region, to enable them reconnect to MTN.

The process is simple:

• Walk in to any of the Touch Points indicated in the table below
• Complete a SIM swap Verification Form
• Provide a copy of your valid I.D
• Pay a fee of 1,500/= only
• Reconnect and enjoy the MTN services.

Remember that you can as well have a swap if you wish to switch your card to 4G.
