Infinix appeared once again on the shoppers’ radar with Infinix Hot 7 that seems to be an improved version on the Infinix Hot 6 (we reviewed the Hot 6 here) that was launched last year by the company. The Infinix Hot 7 was launched in Uganda on 4th March and is now available for all to purchase.
The retail box means business (as usual) with all the necessities to get you started in your new Hot life. A regular charger, a micro USB cable, wired headsets, a screen protector, transparent pack cover and some paperwork.
Don’t look for a SIM card ejector in the box because the Hot 7 has a removable back cover to reveal the SIM card and memory card slots. The gift hamper has nothing to write home about; it contains an Infinix rucksack, a key holder and a phone holder. But remember, you are getting them free anyways.
Infinix has built a permanent home in the big batteries region and once again, the Chinese company gifted customers with a massive non-removable 4000 mAh massive battery packed behind the removable back cover of this smartphone.
In other specification you will get a 6.2 inch IPS LCD notched display with a resolution of 720 x 1500 pixels. This is not the best display around but it which is quite renowned in budget devices. There is nothing to write home about the display aside the iPhone style notch which gives the Hot 7 an elegant look.
With a 32GB variant, the Infinix Hot 7 is spacious enough to store all applications and multimedia under one roof, with a bonus of extending the memory via a dedicated microSD card. As usual, the finger print sensor is located on the back side, besides the dual rear 13Mp + 8Mp vertical camera setup.
