Released as just another another budget offering which is peculiar to smartphones at this price point, the Tecno POP 5P does not set off any bells and whistle. However, it does offer enough for entry-level smartphone users to work with starting from the big 6.52-inch HD+ screen to the ample 5, 000mAh battery to fuel your day to day use.
Furthermore, the Go Edition OS occupies lesser storage space making more of the 32GB built in storage available for actual use. Also whilst making the best use of the budget quad-core processor and meagre 2GB RAM to provide better performance with its ‘Lite’ operation mode. There is the dual 5MP camera at the back and then there is an 8MP selfie camera which wouldn’t take the best pictures but they serve the purpose anyway.
