The last time I was at Shoprite was during the back to school season and the lines were long. Parents and children had flocked the place to go shopping for school. Jumia and Shoprite have a partnership to make your shopping easier. This is through their on-demand platform Jumia Food.
The partnership gives the shopper a chance to do their shopping without leaving their location as it will be delivered to them in just a few minutes. The service operates daily from 9 am to 9 pm.
The products you can buy from Shoprite via Jumia Food range from house cleaning agents to pet food, fruits & vegetables, pampers, canned food, snacks cosmetics and many more. There are currently more than 1500 units of products listed.
The cost of delivery defers according to how far you are from the nearest Shoprite branch. It ranges from 3000 UGX to 7000 UGX.
