Vivo Y20s Now Available in Kenya for KES 20,999

Vivo has been in the Kenyan market for a couple of years now and its strategy to conquer this competitive market is rather simple; ensure that every market segment is adequately catered to.

In line with this, we have seen the Chinese smartphone vendor push out new devices aimed at appealing to various niches in the local smartphone market.

Vivo Y20s Kenya

Keeping with the same pace, Vivo is introducing yet another offer into the Kenyan market in form of the Vivo Y20s (not to be confused with the Vivo Y20 we saw back in November).

Luckily, the devices are awfully similar in specs as evident from the specsheet below.

The Vivo Y20s comes to join the other Vivo Y-Series devices we have seen launched in the Kenyan market in recent times, including the Vivo Y12s and the Vivo Y20.

The higher tier Vivo V-series also has a bunch of options for users in Kenya including the Vivo V19, Vivo V20, and the now-aging Vivo V17 Pro.

Vivo Y20s: Price and Availability in Kenya

The new Vivo Y20s is set to retail in Kenya at Ksh 20,999 (about $190 in the current exchange rates) countrywide. These are all Vivo-branded stores all across the nation with online outlets such as Jumia and Masoko set to start selling these soon.
