The Infinix Note 4 (X572) is here and, like many chronologically numbered products, it comes in line after the Note 3 that surfaced last year. It does not have very distinct features – given Infinix has its flagship under the Zero tagline – but it has some outstanding specifications that are already sending whispers over the air.
With anticipation that the pro version of this device could come with a stylus Xpen, all indications point at a new era being sketched with in the mobile industry. We take you through some of the specifications that could tempt you into purchasing the Infinix Note 4.
Design and Craft
The Infinix Note 4 comes in a more compact design, than the Note 3, with a stance to appeal much more. It features a metal body – available in Champaign Gold, Milan Black, and Ice Blue – with a removable back cover that sees SIM card slots just with in the case. It has a microUSB port between two speaker grilles at the bottom side of the phone, with the fingerprint sensor moved from the usual rear position to the home button in the front.
The display is a 5.7-inch Full High Definition screen, with a 1080 x 1920 pixels resolution. The sharp display feature, accompanied by a high color gamut, makes the screen very colourful, clear and dynamic.
The Infinix Note 4 incorporates this new feature which provides the quickest charge at a low voltage, yet with high efficiency; for the big battery life of 4500 mAh. This allows the Note 4 to charge fast within 5 minutes to talk for 250 minutes.
It has a 13 MP AF back camera with dual color LED Flash and 8 MP-mega pixels front camera, almost the same as with the Note 3, but with an upgrade from the 5 MP at the front.
This will be the very first Infinix smartphone to be prepacked with the latest Android 7.0 OS infused with the Infinix UI XOS Chameleone v2.3. It has the Multi-Windows which enables a user to simultaneously process two applications using a split-screen view. There is also an upgraded Fingerprint function that adds viewing of photo libraries, voice recording, and customizing quick opening of apps via different finger input.
We shall relay even more features when the Infinix Note 4 hits the Ugandan market.
