Following the introduction of the Spark 8 series which thus far has included the Tecno Spark 8 and 8P, the latest addition to that family is here in form of the Teno Spark 8C. With a refreshed design and some revised specs, the new smartphone has well rounded low-budget specs similar to the Spark 8. Safe to say, this is an entry-level smartphone that very much reflects the features and specs on the smartphone.
That being said, the Tecno Spark 8C is a tad bit better than the ordinary Spark 8. Nonetheless, there is no significant difference here and even appearance-wise, you can hardly distinguish the two smartphones. Here’s a look at the specs of the smartphone is working with.

The Tecno Spark 8C is crafted to cater for entry-level smartphone users and falls somewhere between the SPark8 and better Spark 8P. Nonetheless, you still have some perks like a 90Hz refresh rate and memory fusion technology which is basically you being allowed to use some of your internal storage as memory. Also, the display here is slightly bigger with a waterdrop notch at the top.
On the other hand, even though the smartphone looks good for the price, the placement of the fingerprint scanner is a bit off and would be tricky if you have a small hand. In addition, the smartphone is having a micro USB port which is already getting archaic at this point, considering USB-C is the go-to choice now.
At the end of the day, the Tecno Spark 8C is available in a variety of options from Turquoise Cyan, Magnet Black, Iris Purple, and Diamond Grey. The smartphone is available for about 45, 000 Naira in retail stores nationwide.
