Samsung has launched a new smartphone to succeed the previous S20 series. The new S21 series comes packed with three devices which include the Samsung Galaxy S21, Galaxy S21 Plus, and Galaxy S21 Ultra. This new series is slightly cheaper than its predecessor (here’s why).
An important thing to know, however, is that the Galaxy S21 (and other members of the series will not be coming with headphones or a charger in the box. Recall that, Apple started this trend with the newly released iPhone 12 series.

Galaxy S21 Display and Design
When you compare this device to older Galaxy models, you’d find that there are slight changes made to the overall design. These changes might impress you (or not) depending on your preference.
For one, Samsung has dumped the curved display found in the predecessor and opted for flat edges in the Galaxy S21 device. Also, instead of a single color, the back of the Galaxy S21 comes in two colors. Here, the camera module and the rear of the device bear different colors.

Camera
The camera on this device is pretty much the same as its predecessor. Galaxy S21 comes with a 12MP wide-angle lens, a 64MP telephoto lens, and a 12MP ultrawide lens with 120˚ field of view.
On the front, there’s a single 10MP selfie camera that’s capable of recording 8K videos at 24 fps.
RAM and Internal Storage
The Galaxy S21 ships with 8GB of RAM. Be rest assured that activities like playing CPU-heavy games like Call of Duty will run smoothly. The smartphone also comes with 128GB or 256GB of internal storage depending on the variant.
Battery
There’s a 4000 mAh battery in place to power its activities. This can keep the device alive for almost 10 hours. Pretty impressive but could definitely be better.
Of course, it supports Wireless Charging and Wireless PowerShare. PowerShare allows you to use your S21 device to charge your Galaxy Buds, Watch, or even your friend’s device.
Samsung Galaxy S21 Price
A major selling point of the Galaxy S21 device is the price; it’s cheaper than its predecessor. The Samsung Galaxy S21 device is set at a retail price of $799 for the 8GB / 128GB variant. This is around 320,000 Nigerian Naira.
