This new SE comes in a compact and durable design. It comes with a 4.7-inch display which is suitable for users who prefer smaller devices to larger ones. The display features an aerospace-grade aluminum and glass design. This is arguably the toughest glass in a smartphone and is the same as on the back of the iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 Pro.
This iPhone is rated IP67 for water and dust resistance and is designed against spills. There’s the Home button with Touch ID on the front of the iPhone. Hence, it looks more like the iPhone 8 and previous editions. It comes in midnight, starlight, and (PRODUCT)RED colors.
Performance
This iPhone SE (2022) comes with the A15 Bionic chipset. Recall that in September 2021, the A15 Bionic was introduced with the iPhone 13 and 13 Pro. Hence, this is a big deal for the SE. With this chipset powering the latest SE, users are going to breeze through demanding tasks easily. You can say it’s a small iPhone, but mighty.
With the A15 Bionic which boasts of a powerful 6-core CPU, the iPhone SE (2022) is up to 1.8x faster than the iPhone 8. It packs 4GB RAM and comes in 64GB, 128GB, and 256GB models.
